Sharing love, and knowing how much you're loved right back.
Prayer.
Realizing that some stories are best to be kept just to yourself & journaled in a place where only you can read them.
Unplugging.
Appreciating the little things.
Taking a step back from the go-go-go and just living in the moment without feeling the need to "capture" it.
A homecooked meal.
Freedom.
And so much more... so, so so much more. Happiness is chasing after what you believe in—what you dream about—and living life with a huge smile on your face and love to share with others. Happiness... it's happening... now.

I agree with most of these but unplugging is my favorite - I never regret doing it!

Happiness is usually the simple things in life :) i agree, sometimes we get all caught up on what we want and need to realize we really are happy just the way we are, there is always worst things out there and we should appreciate the little happiness we have around us.
So true! I am working on unplugging more, especially while my kids are still so little and I'm going back to school full time

Love this. I try to live my life with a smile, because why not? :)
Love it!
This past year has been a quest for happiness for me. I even started a blog to highlight what happiness is [piecesofpasson.wordpress.com]. Happiness isn't an emotion that washes over you, consuming you completely. For me, it's reflecting on the past, finding peace with the present and inspiration for the future. Something that you live with, in and for.
Love that photo of you and I totally agree about the journal one.
This. Yes.
So well said Aunie.
Me either! I'm taking a small blogging / social media break at the moment and it's wonderful :)
I love that... "just the way we are." That's the best way to be :)
Thanks, Pamela! You're right... I'd be no where without the little things. Hey, a toothpick may be a toothpick, but if you have a creative mind behind it, it can turn into a giant and beautiful house :)
That's the best time to do it. Enjoy this age... I've heard it's wonderful!
I love how you're always smiling through everything. You type with a smile, I can tell :)
That's awesome! I just read your most recent post about two mantras to calm you down. What beauty there is in that. Thank you so much for sharing it with me!
Yuli, I would love that. I'd be totally down to meet one-on-one and I've also been meaning to plan a blogger meet-up. But where does time go? So fast, I tell you what!
Right now happiness is reading The Sauce!
Well your comment makes my day... thanks Kaylee!
